We have some of the country’s top corporate, hospitality and residential clients across South Africa and abroad. Clientele ranges from talented décor lovers to uninspired home-makers and professionals. We tailor our service with practical visual presentations and customer analysis.
- Project and Client Review – We analyse the client’s needs, keeping in mind what the client’s budget, style and time constraints are. This includes one or two site visits – depending on the project.
- Visual Presentation – Our visual elements are presented to the client in an informal interactive session where we get a feel for the clients’ style and work – creating flexibility. Here we choose the fabric, furniture designs, wallpaper etc from our large showroom library. The client may also request to be uninvolved in this step.
- Commencement of Design Project – If both parties are happy with the designs, we start the process – keeping the client up to date as things progress.
- Project End– The project is regarded as finished, once all the snags have been settled and all products are delivered and applied to our satisfaction.
